Jeff Smyth, MAI, CCIM ~ President
Mr. Smyth provides you and your customers, with over 30+ years of expertise in real estate. Encompassing commercial and residential appraisal services, marketing, construction feasibility, acquisition, asset management, inspections, due diligence and investment analysis. Mr. Smyth’s broad know-how spans nearly all property types and scenarios...from small commercial properties located in rural locations, to special use properties, to institutional quality investments / acquisitions.
His experience includes completing over 1,400 commercial and residential appraisal reports; managing an appraisal review department for a regional bank; originating commercial real estate loans within a 18-state territory, to the head of a servicing and liquidation team, managing an $800 million portfolio of tax exempt bonds, secured by institutional grade real estate; to handling all aspects of negotiations for cellular towers / sites for national carriers.
Mr. Smyth holds a B.S. in Finance and B.A. in Economics from the University of Northern Colorado and is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a certified general appraiser in Colorado and Florida.
