Jeff Smyth, MAI, CCIM ~ President
Mr. Smyth provides you and your customers, with over 30+ years of expertise in real estate. Encompassing commercial and residential appraisal services, marketing, construction feasibility, acquisition, asset management, inspections, due diligence, and investment analysis. Mr. Smyth’s broad know-how spans nearly all property types and scenarios...from luxury residential, special use properties; commercial and residential subdivisions to institutional quality investments/acquisitions.
His experience includes completing over 2,000 commercial and residential appraisal reports; managing an appraisal review department for a regional bank; originating commercial real estate loans within an 18-state territory, to the head of a servicing and liquidation team, managing an $800 million portfolio of tax-exempt financed real estate to handling all aspects of negotiations for cellular towers/sites for national carriers.
Mr. Smyth holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Northern Colorado and is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a certified general appraiser in Colorado and Florida.
